In order that terrase has a good airing it's necessary to install first diffusion layer, due to temperature differences between interior and exterior. Therefore the vapors will be redirected outside by terrase's margin.
Thermoisolation is applied by polystyrene boards or other similar materials. Further, it will be covered by waterproofing layers on dry medium.
Waterproofing is achieved by bituminous membranes, reinforced of thermally stabilized woven, non woven polyester fabric or glassfiber mat.
In order that terrase be circulated, it needs screed and burr or other finishes. Also can be used wood.
